Experience & Qualifications
Preferred experience includes:
- 3–5 years of consulting, advisory, strategy, transformation, or related professional services experience.
- Experience independently leading client-facing or internal consulting workstreams.
- Experience structuring and solving complex or ambiguous business problems.
- Experience conducting analysis and translating findings into recommendations.
- Experience developing presentations, business cases, roadmaps, or other decision-support materials.
- Experience facilitating workshops, stakeholder discussions, or working sessions.
- Experience managing stakeholders with differing priorities or perspectives.
- Experience supporting implementation, transformation, or change efforts.
- Experience working across multiple functions or business areas.

A bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, technology, data, or a related field is preferred. Equivalent relevant consulting experience may also be considered.
Industry experience in construction, electrical contracting, manufacturing, or service may be helpful, but strong consulting experience and the ability to quickly learn the business are more important.
