Quality Technicians Needed - Integrated Manufacturing

Cummings Electrical, one of the leading providers of electrical contracting services in DFW, is currently seeking an experienced Quality Technician who is responsible for ensuring that the Electrical Integration team installs products that meet or exceed expected standard of quality. Conducts Quality Inspections and hands on tasks related to Quality functions. Promoting high quality standards for all products being integrated/installed.

• Preparation of daily/weekly progress
• Hands on tool use for Quality Inspections.
• Keeping emphasis on the product and services being the highest standard of Quality achievable.
• Conduct layout and coordination to assist in sequencing of all inspections for production team.
• Verify the correct product is being used during the installation process.
• Verify Quality Standards from contractor drawings.
• Implementing industry and company best practices during inspections.
• Ensure the Quality of Product does not waver, regardless of schedule or cost impact.
• Interact closely with internal teams to ensure that project needs and objectives are met, while maintaining the highest standard of work possible.
• Filling out task related documentation.
• Conducting inspections and tests on products or services at various stages of the production or service delivery process.
• Documentation of Inspections, including reports and logs.
• Ensuring company assigned tool and assets are in good condition.
• Additional duties as required 

Work Schedule:

• Monday–Friday: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (subject to business needs)
• Occasional Saturdays as required
• During active projects, hours may shift to 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM, with some Saturdays

• High School Diploma
• 1+ Years Licensed Electrical Apprentice
• Basic Knowledge of Electrical installations
• Basic comprehension of Microsoft Office applications
