• A minimum of 2 years recruiting experience. 
• Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ICIMS). and other recruiting systems.
• Proficient Microsoft Office skills needed (Word, Excel & Outlook).
• In office

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to sell the company and its culture.
• University Recruiting experience/career fairs.
• Ability to independently manage the recruitment process for all company positions.
• Actively use multiple sourcing tools and techniques to identify and attract the best candidates, to include passive candidates building a strong pipeline for the future.
• Understand recruiting metrics with the ability to create and maintain metrics reporting monthly.
