We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to add to our talented team. This role will support the HR and Recruiting departments in various HR related duties. This position requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially. If you are passionate about HR policies and procedures and want to work in a dynamic, fast-paced workplace, this position is for you.

• Provide administrative support to HR including verification of employment, employee payroll deductions, and job site badging.
• Greet, welcome, and direct guests.
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
• Perform other clerical tasks including data entry, filing, photocopying, and faxing

• 2+ years of administrative experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong customer service skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook
• Professional attitude and appearance
• Experience working ina fast paced enviornment
• Bilingual a plus
