Bring your passion, here's what’s needed:

• A minimum of one year of Trade or equivalent recruiting experience.
• Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs), Candidate Management Systems (CMSs), and other recruiting systems.
• Proficient Microsoft Office skills needed (Word, Excel & Outlook).
• Strong salesmanship with the ability to sell the company and its culture.
• Ability to independently manage the recruitment process for all company positions.
• Actively use multiple sourcing tools and techniques to identify and attract the best candidates, to include passive candidates building a strong pipeline for the future.
• Understand recruiting metrics with the ability to create and maintain metrics reporting monthly.
• Lead or participate in job fairs, continuing to preserve and grow trade school and college partnerships.
